Diet / Weight Loss

This is a new service that I am now offering that is scientifically / Data driven diet / weight loss

  • This isn’t like most weight loss services. This is data driven and scientifically proven.
  • I will give you the day to day diet that is based around your training and racing
  • If you are not an athlete but want to use this services, I will also give you exercises to help with weight loss and fitness improvements.

What you will need.

  • You will need to track you diet day to day and send me it (I can help set this up for you)
  • Ideally have a device that tracks calorie burn like a Whoop or a Garmin
  • Be 100% honest, if you eat something bad, I need to know.

Please Note:

There is no quick weight loss program. A big philosophy of mine is protecting muscle mass during diets so when you lose 5-10-15-20kg, most of this is fat and not muscle.
